Lead sourcing and subcontract management for specialized goods and services. Own source selection through award and administration, negotiate terms, monitor supplier quality/delivery, manage strategic suppliers, ensure compliance with laws and policies, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive cost reduction and process improvements using tools like Lean Six Sigma and EVMS.

Manage laboratory operations including design, test planning, scheduling, execution and reporting. Deploy software and configure hardware on test stations, develop and execute test procedures, perform test readiness reviews and formal qualification testing, maintain configuration management with QA, brief management on lab status, and support varied shifts and weekend operations.

Lead systems engineering for EO/IR and laser sensor systems: derive and implement requirements, model and predict sensor performance, trade performance vs. cost, manage design/verification/test and subcontractors, and communicate technical results to stakeholders.

Develop system architectures and CONOPS using MBSE/SysML. Perform functional and timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements decomposition/allocation, interface definition, verification/validation, and translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications. Coordinate performance evaluation and implementation approaches with customers.

Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes for microelectronics (SMT), specify and procure equipment, support factory yield and maintenance, troubleshoot production issues, participate in design producibility reviews, and help meet J-STD-001 and relevant IPC/MIL-STD requirements.

Lead end-to-end execution of a complex hardware development and production program (IBCS). Integrate cross-functional teams, manage cost/schedule/technical performance, drive risk mitigation, liaise with customers, and achieve financial targets including forecasting and profit margin.

Lead development and sustainment of product support plans and logistics databases for DoD systems. Analyze provisioning data, produce logistics documentation, develop metrics/dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions and supportability across all 12 IPS elements.

Lead global supply chain proposal efforts including material and labor estimation, priced BOMs and labor BOEs, USG certified proposal creation, supplier quote management, cost/price analysis, subcontract negotiation, risk mitigation, proposal planning/compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Supports pricing reviews, assist audits, and small business plans. Role requires DoD Secret eligibility and up to 10% travel.
