Lead and mentor a high-side ground software development team in a SCIF environment. Provide full lifecycle software design, implementation, integration, verification, and documentation. Advise on emerging technologies, drive engineering solutions, support CI/CD and configuration management, and collaborate with customers and stakeholders while ensuring schedule, cost, and technical constraints are met.

Lead business operations support for engineering organization: resource planning, budgeting, metrics tracking, coordination of status reporting, data repository maintenance, meeting facilitation, and special initiatives to translate business needs into engineering strategies.

Design, develop, integrate, and test electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) systems. Capture and flow down requirements, perform MBSE and trade studies, evaluate suppliers, lead hardware/software lab and flight testing, support system verification/validation, and manage technical interactions with customers and partners.

Design and build custom ML and statistical solutions from first principles. Collaborate with engineers and analysts, write modular tested code, document workflows, champion CI/CD/MLOps practices, and optimize algorithms on on-prem infrastructure.

Perform system-level integration and test for ground systems: develop and execute test procedures, run dry-runs and run-for-records, present TRRs/TRBs, analyze test data, author test/configuration documentation, support hardware/software/network integration, drive RFCs and discrepancy resolution, and participate in site installation and verification with up to 25% travel.

Design and lay out PWBs/PCBs, flex and rigid-flex circuits using Cadence Allegro. Calculate layer stack-ups, generate fabrication data, ensure manufacturability, interface with electrical/mechanical teams, incorporate change notices, and lead design reviews with quality and manufacturing.

Manage cradle-to-grave subcontract administration for specialized goods and services: source selection, RFP preparation, negotiate and award subcontracts, monitor supplier quality and delivery, forecast supplier finances, ensure compliance with FAR and company policies, and lead supplier continuous improvement.
