Provide legal counsel on cybersecurity and privacy matters, advise on contract cyber requirements, support enterprise frameworks and incident response, monitor regulatory changes, develop training, and lead cross-functional cyber/privacy initiatives.

Design, develop, and test aircraft parts and structures. Perform stress analysis, establish structural specifications, review models/drawings, coordinate multi-discipline repairs, disposition nonconforming parts, and analyze metal and composite structural materials.

Design, develop, document, test, and debug applications and systems software. Collaborate with hardware/equipment designers, analyze system capabilities, determine user needs, prepare operating instructions, and develop compilers, assemblers, utilities, and operating system components while ensuring software standards are met.

Lead and grow a Research & Advanced Design programs portfolio, manage P&L, capture work, respond to RFIs/RFPs, brief senior customers, lead matrixed teams, manage risks/opportunities, define resource and facility needs, and drive program execution and business growth.

Design, develop, test, and integrate electronic systems for avionics, including radar, radiation detection, RF communications, analog and digital circuitry, control systems, and test equipment. Work within Avionics Integration on projects at associate or engineer level, with security clearance and occasional travel required.

Support corporate strategic planning, partnerships, industry analysis, and venture investments. Develop executive-level presentations, perform market and financial analysis, track partnership and portfolio performance, and lead ad hoc strategic projects to inform senior leadership decisions.
