Support manufacturing operations for solid-propellant propulsion and ordnance: create and improve process control documentation, establish lines and tooling, lead Lean and continuous improvement activities, perform capacity and SPC analysis, support start-up/training, and assist troubleshooting and maintenance.

Lead program cost and schedule control for defense/space contracts: prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, integrate cost with schedule, maintain cost control systems, produce monthly/quarterly reports, recommend process and profit improvements, and support EVMS and Deltek-based financial systems.

Perform functional analysis and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for incremental capability development and integration on military aircraft. Conduct diagnostic systems coverage analysis, maintain subsystem interface maturity, collaborate with distributed stakeholders (developers, integrators, testers), identify and resolve gaps, and support delivery of quality design products.

Lead systems engineering for Sentinel support equipment: perform MBSE architecture development, systems integration, verification/validation, lifecycle analyses, requirements allocation using DOORS, and develop CAMEO MBSE artifacts while coordinating with design, logistics, specialty engineering, and program management.

Design, plan, and implement secure IP-based network communications for mission-critical aircraft. Develop architecture schematics, hardware/software specs, capacity forecasts, test/verification artifacts, and supplier coordination. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco IOS-XE devices, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP), GRE/IPSEC, VRF/VRRP, and network management protocols. Produce documentation and evaluate emerging communications technologies.

Manage sustainment logistics for aerospace systems: develop inventory models and stock strategies, set ASLs/ROPs, forecast consumption, perform supportability and risk analyses, support procurement and BOM/data integrity, monitor sustainment metrics, integrate with supply chain and government counterparts, and mentor junior analysts.
