Lead network communications SME responsible for planning, installing, configuring, and analyzing data/voice networks. Develops network designs, documentation, training curricula and technical manuals, coordinates with engineering and third parties, and conducts quality reviews. Supports simulator and flight training integration and long-range network planning for defense systems.

Lead MMV mechanical engineering: coordinate suppliers, review and approve designs and subcontract deliverables, integrate with IPTs, perform design reviews, oversee supplier readiness, and manage test/verification and qualification of support equipment.

Design and develop aircraft electrical wiring and subsystems, select aircraft-grade conductors and components per SAE AS50881, support power generation/distribution and circuit protection, perform analysis, testing, verification, troubleshooting, and supplier management, and ensure compliance with MIL-STD-704 and airworthiness requirements.

Lead and execute change packages and technical integration across engineering, supply chain, and production. Manage cost, schedule, EAC, risk/opportunities, proposals, and change management. Coordinate with customers and IPTs, present to leadership, and drive multidisciplinary project execution for a restricted aerospace program requiring security clearance.

Serve as 11m RIB SME supporting LCS Mission Module design, engineering, production and sustainment. Plan and execute maintenance, troubleshoot RIB casualties, develop schedules, ECP recommendations, SSOWs, and liaise with NAVSEA and government stakeholders to support lifecycle sustainment ashore and aboard ships.

Lead design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI/ML and LLM-based solutions (including locally hosted models and agentic frameworks). Prototype advanced AI techniques, integrate and test models, design AI-aware software and data architectures, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust, scalable systems for the Sentinel program.

Manage and audit key suppliers to ensure contractual, drawing, and technical compliance. Perform supplier evaluations, audits, surveillance, FAI support, SCARs, root cause analysis, and supplier performance management. Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, present metrics and drive continuous improvement to mitigate purchase risk and improve supplier quality.
