Collaborate with product, systems, and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Lead global supply chain program activities for Foundries, Testing, and Advanced Packaging. Develop and execute material strategies, manage cost and schedule data, support proposals, oversee procurement/subcontract workflows, forecast receipts, brief executives, and drive process improvements to meet affordability, quality, and program financial goals.

Lead program financial performance monitoring and reporting, including EAC/ETC analysis, subcontract assessments, profitability analysis, forecasting, SOX compliance, AOP/LRSP support, and ad hoc financial requests.

Provide hands-on floor support for D-shift in a high-mix production environment: troubleshoot equipment and processes, develop and improve manufacturing methods, author and audit work instructions, collaborate with design and quality, and perform root cause/corrective actions to minimize downtime and defects.

Lead site operations and program execution for antenna and passive RF component development and production. Oversee cost, schedule, proposals, customer relations, and business development. Provide hands-on support with engineering, DFM, manufacturing, testing, and quality. Manage a small, cross-functional team to deliver technical performance, budgets, and schedules from concept through production.

Support day-to-day global supply chain and subcontract execution across program phases. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, review change impacts, develop performance scores and recovery plans, manage subcontract/material forecasting, ensure schedules and on-time delivery, prepare leadership briefings, and support supplier visits.
