Develop and validate GN&C algorithms, autopilots, and high-fidelity 6-DOF flight simulations. Design strap-down inertial navigation with GPS and Kalman filters, perform trajectory, covariance and CEP analyses, tune control laws, enhance GN&C toolchains, support flight test programs, and work with flight software teams to transition algorithms into flight-qualified implementations.

Lead systems engineering for the IFICS Data Terminal on the GMD Weapon System, performing MIL-STD environmental/EMI/HEMP compliance, hardware/software integration and RF test, interpreting schematics and drawings, using DOORS and Atlassian tools, working in Agile, and mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver complex defense communications systems.

Lead and support flight test activities including test planning, procedure development, execution, post-test data analysis, problem report creation, and reporting. Lead moderate-sized test efforts, attend flight test meetings, and support multi-shift testing schedules.

Lead design, fabrication, procurement, inspection, and support for aerospace tooling and support equipment. Manage projects, ensure manufacturability, perform stress/FEA analysis, collaborate with tool designers and vendors, and support continuous improvement and operations.

Manage and enforce export/import compliance (EAR, ITAR, customs, sanctions), oversee licensing and classification (USHTS/Schedule B), coordinate with Customs Brokers and legal teams, maintain records, run audits and training, define metrics, and support trade compliance for complex technical defense/space programs.

Provide on-site executive administrative support including calendar management, travel and expense processing, meeting and event logistics, reporting and presentation preparation, visitor reception, mail and supply coordination, and special project or back-up administrative tasks. Maintain digital collaboration tools and support senior management across dispersed teams.

Deploy and manage Kubernetes-based services, maintain configuration baselines and CM documentation, perform end-to-end system integration and validation, support integration/regression testing, automate regression tests, triage defects, manage integration risks and dependencies, and collaborate in agile team ceremonies.

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML applications (LLMs, CV, sensor/data fusion). Collaborate cross-functionally to productionize models, define software/testing requirements, perform rapid prototyping, and follow software engineering best practices. Must hold active US Government Secret clearance.

Manage day-to-day financials for multiple defense programs: forecast and present Estimate at Completion, estimate monthly sales and margins, track invoicing and cash receipts, maintain project details in Deltek/Costpoint, support program meetings and customer reporting, and analyze manpower and cost drivers.
