Lead and develop a 15–20 person software/DevOps/AI engineering organization: hiring, coaching, performance management, process enforcement (agile/lean), AI solution adoption, program support, and business development collaboration while ensuring compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Lead mechanical design efforts for advanced cruise missile and support subsystems, develop launcher capsule concepts, perform trade studies and MBSE, review and validate mechanical designs to standards, support technical data packages and configuration control, manage risks and suppliers, and transition concepts to programs of record while meeting producibility, affordability, and regulatory requirements.

Perform conceptual and preliminary mechanical design for advanced deterrence weapon systems (cruise missiles, launchers); develop and mature mechanical and avionics designs using MBSE and CAD, conduct trade studies, ensure standards compliance, produce technical data packages, manage design changes, identify/mitigate risks, and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders.

Lead human factors engineering for the Sentinel program including HMI and workstation design, requirements authoring, task and workload analyses, design-for-maintainability, verification & validation, accessibility assessments (computer-based and empirical), CONOPS support, MIL-STD-1472G compliance, documentation per US Military Data Item Descriptions, and cross‑IPT/customer coordination.

Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver contract requirements on cost, schedule, and technical performance. Manage program lifecycle from proposal through closeout, including customer engagement, EVM-based cost/schedule control, risk/opportunity management, subcontractor oversight, resource planning, and reporting to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contract scope and government requirements.

Lead human factors development for hypersonic systems: define and trace human factors requirements, author ICDs, develop verification methods, produce trade studies and validation reports, participate in lab/HIL testing, contribute to MBSE system architecture, and mentor junior engineers.

Perform functional analysis and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) for incremental capability development and integration on military aircraft. Support diagnostic systems coverage analysis, collaborate with distributed subsystem and integration teams, track subsystem interdependencies and interface maturity, and deliver quality system architecture products.
