Lead the Commerce propulsion tank product line end-to-end as Chief Engineer: own technical baseline, resolve RCCA/nonconformances, improve manufacturability, mentor engineers, drive technical roadmaps (including additive manufacturing), interface with customers and leadership, and support proposals to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.

Lead design, analysis, test, and qualification of liquid and fluid-thermal propulsion systems for missile applications. Provide technical leadership to suppliers, develop and execute test and verification plans, build and maintain performance and thermal models, support flight and ground operations, manage risk and integration, and communicate technical recommendations to management and customers.

Manage and lead a team (~15) of Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) Responsible Design Engineers supporting space vehicle integration, test, and launch. Oversee test campaign execution, readiness, and cross-discipline collaboration while ensuring schedule alignment and risk mitigation.

Perform systems engineering for the Payload Re-entry System: requirements analysis and verification, MBSE/modeling, test planning, system integration, lifecycle support, BOE development, and interfacing with USAF and suppliers. Support design, simulation, performance analysis, and verification across mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems.

Develop, integrate, and test embedded flight software for spacecraft systems in a SCIF environment. Implement drivers and BSPs, work with RTOS and Linux, support avionics interfaces (MIL-STD-1553, SpaceWire, SPI, UART), perform simulations and hardware-in-the-loop testing, analyze system performance, and produce design/test documentation.
