Design and analyze RF/AESA subsystems in installed environments using computational electromagnetics. Support system lifecycle from design through build and test, collaborate with cross-functional IPTs, engage suppliers, mentor junior engineers, and perform RF prototyping, measurement, and materials evaluation. Role requires active DoD Secret clearance and SAP eligibility.

Lead schedule and cost control for multiple corporate projects from inception to completion. Develop and monitor project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, report status to leadership, resolve issues, and support digital transformation and financial/tooling initiatives.

Support flight test activities including test planning, procedure development and review, test execution, data analysis, problem report creation, and reporting. Lead moderate-sized test efforts, attend flight test meetings, support multi-shift schedules, and produce required test artifacts while collaborating with the Flight Test Team.

Lead design, integration, and administration of large-scale classified LAN/WAN networks. Develop network architecture roadmaps (SDWAN, ZeroTrust, cloud), enforce network standards and security frameworks, provide third-level support, mentor teams, manage migrations and resiliency, coordinate maintenance and audits, and liaise with government customers. On-site work with occasional travel and after-hours duties; must handle equipment up to 50 lbs.

Summer internship in software engineering supporting Aeronautics Systems. Interns will develop engineering competencies, construct/troubleshoot/test equipment and systems, perform calibrations and alignments, follow engineering drawings/instructions, operate test equipment, report data, and interact with users, customers, and developers in a team environment.
