Lead a team of mechanical engineers performing mechanical design and structural analysis for underwater systems across full life-cycle programs. Provide people and technical leadership, oversee design processes, proposal input, hiring, cross-discipline collaboration, and support production, testing, and business development.

Lead systems integration and test for airborne sensor systems: manage system acceptance testing, lab and flight test programs, cross-discipline integration, configuration/data management, risk and EVM tracking, supplier coordination, and delivery to schedule while supporting program management and stakeholders.

Lead test architecture and development for mixed-signal/RF ICs across multiple fab technologies. Design test hardware and software, verify/validate production tests, mentor engineers, contribute to test strategy, cost and schedule planning, and present solutions to cross-functional teams.

Lead system safety analysis and requirements for space systems: apply MIL-STD-882E, develop safety artifacts (SSPP, SAR, software safety analyses), document hazards in HTS, perform audits and accident investigations, collaborate across IPTs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Perform manufacturing labor cost estimates for proposals using BOE models and historical data. Analyze specifications, build estimating models, apply regression and improvement-curve techniques, produce compliant BOEs per FAR/DFARS, present findings to management, and support pre- and post-award estimating and negotiations.

Support and maintain software configuration management and release engineering for defense systems. Develop and automate CM tools, manage versioning and dependencies, design build and release procedures, generate change records, set company-wide CM standards, train developers, and ensure compliance with documentation and baseline control. On-site role with Top Secret clearance and SAP eligibility required; up to 10% travel.

Serve as Flight Test Director overseeing planning, coordination, and execution of safe, compliant manned and unmanned flight tests. Lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, fabrication, test planning, installation, and operations. Develop test cards, perform airworthiness planning and verification, coordinate with customers/government, support supplier oversight, and represent the organization on technical matters. Up to 50% domestic travel; requires active Secret clearance and deep UAS/test experience.

Lead CDM efforts as the technical authority: define and enforce CDM strategy, ensure configuration identification/versioning/baselines, implement automated data verification, lead audits, present status to leadership, mentor CM teams, and coordinate engineering change and documentation to maintain baseline integrity. On-site role with up to 10% travel and strict clearance requirements.
