Design, develop, and support spacecraft antenna systems, feeds, OMTs, reflectors and deployable supports. Produce CAD models and drawings (CREO), write specs/SOWs, procure hardware, develop test plans, and support integration, structural/RF/deployment testing while interfacing with RF engineers, suppliers, and program management.

Lead and support the Aircraft Delivery IPT to manage integrated schedules, coordinate leadership reviews, monitor cost and schedule performance (EV), manage risks/issues/opportunities, produce reports, standardize processes, and partner across functions to drive program execution and stakeholder alignment at senior leadership levels.

Lead cross-functional Integrated Product Team for AARGM production, overseeing systems engineering, configuration and change control, RCCA investigations, verification and testing, EAC reporting, supplier coordination, and customer briefings to deliver missile systems on time, on budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Lead electrical design and integration for Command System hardware on the Sentinel program. Create and review interconnects, schematics, one-lines, and wiring diagrams; coordinate across disciplines; support program reviews, trade studies, verification, and technical reporting. Mentor teams and ensure designs meet standards and program requirements while maintaining security clearances and government contracting practices.

Design, develop, and document automated and component test equipment (ATE/CTE) and test software to validate spacecraft electronic hardware. Create requirements, test plans, instrument scripts/drivers, perform lab integration, debug hardware/software, support certification, and lead junior engineers to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals.

Perform fixed asset accounting including capitalization, transfers, retirements, reconciliations and depreciation forecasting. Prepare fixed asset financial reports, assist audits, use BlackLine for GL reconciliations, support process improvements, and interface with internal/external customers. Participate in special projects as needed.

Integrate and test mission autonomy software across simulation, SIL/HIL, and Talon IQ. Define system-level test strategies, develop automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, oversee scenario testing and flight test campaigns, drive root-cause analysis, and report system maturity, risk, and deployment readiness.
