Lead and mentor a classified IT team administering information systems and classified networks. Oversee Windows domain administration, troubleshoot cross-discipline issues, manage performance metrics, coordinate with executives and PMO, evaluate vendor solutions, produce reports and briefings, and support RMF/compliance and customer program needs.

Lead a contracts team for the Mission Enabling Products business unit: develop and execute contracting strategy, negotiate and administer contracts (including FAR/DFAR and Other Transactions), drive financial outcomes, manage stakeholder and customer engagements, build high-performing teams, and advise senior leadership on contractual risk and strategy. Perform weekly verification of PC and peripheral inventory, coordinate inventory and tasking between teams, troubleshoot/install/configure Windows desktops and Microsoft Office, use inventory databases, learn cybersecurity processes, and support VDI/remote devices. Must obtain DoD Secret clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification; work shifts, lift 40 lbs, and support occasional after-hours/weekend work.

Develop and analyze campaign-level simulations to support fleet sizing and operational decisions. Create test strategies, translate CONOPs to modeled behaviors, perform verification/validation, collaborate cross-functionally, present findings, and support program roadmaps and stakeholder communications.

Prepare and compile cost, schedule and technical elements for proposals; develop cost models, perform supplier compliance reviews, participate in should-cost and pricing reviews, and support proposal planning/scheduling. Create automation tools and use Agile methods to streamline pricing and estimation tasks. Perform cost analysis and risk modeling as assigned.

Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams to plan, integrate, test, certify, and manage IFC release content and discrepancy resolution. Develop IFC strategy, roadmaps, configuration documentation, and certification packages while coordinating with Technical Baseline and Program Managers. Facilitate reviews, customer briefings, and ensure on-site execution and schedule impacts are managed.

Lead and oversee mission assurance activities for the Sentinel (GBSD) program, ensuring quality, safety, reliability, and risk management. Conduct technical reviews, support program reviews and supplier assurance, develop program quality plans and metrics, lead corrective action boards, and mentor MA/QA engineers to ensure mission success.

Perform hands-on integration, test, troubleshooting, and field maintenance of LOS/BLOS communications systems and AESA antennas. Lead root-cause analyses, direct field service reps, report subsystem status, and identify system improvements to support successful communications test outcomes.

Coordinate and administer configuration and data management (CMDM) for Modeling & Simulation systems engineering programs. Plan releases and maintenance of models, software, documentation and schedules; review SoWs for CMDM needs; execute change control (including CCBs); analyze and coordinate engineering changes with engineering, quality, and data control; support program configuration and data management requirements and verification/audit activities.
