Lead end-to-end architecture for secure, field-deployable C2 systems spanning cloud, edge, and government-furnished hardware. Define requirements, decompose systems, create Cameo models, design Zero Trust/RBAC/IAM, enable cross-domain and multi-level security, drive Azure cloud migration, implement IaC/CI-CD pipelines, oversee integration testing, and mentor engineering teams for operational sustainment in defense environments.

Support earned value management, financial forecasting, EAC preparation, variance analysis, pricing/proposal support, cash management, compliance audits, and cross-functional collaboration for program financials.
