Support the Ground Weapons System program as an individual contributor on the System Performance and Analysis - Data Analysis and Tools Team. Provide technical contributions and guidance to modeling and simulation products supporting design and development of GWS for the Missile Defense Agency. Develop and debug analysis tools, perform technical analyses and performance assessments, and work with Python, MATLAB, Git/Bitbucket within Agile/Atlassian workflows. Must work in-person and hold an active US Secret clearance.

Work on an Agile team developing and maintaining Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs. Troubleshoot production issues, performance tune, and refactor legacy components. Execute two-week sprints, use Git-based workflows, apply object-oriented design and SOLID principles, and support program deliveries.

Lead a 10-15 person survivability flight test engineering team at Edwards AFB, providing people leadership, technical oversight, and programmatic direction in LO and EW flight test campaigns within a Combined Test Force environment.

Design and integrate flight test instrumentation hardware from concept to system installation. Develop cable interfaces, data acquisition hardware, and sensors for stress, thermal, vibration, and displacement measurements. Lead cross-disciplinary collaboration, procure hardware, manage vendors and fabrication, and support assembly and installation on test vehicles.

Lead a cross-discipline engineering team (5-25) for space payload and ground systems across proposal, design, manufacturing, and delivery. Manage budgets, schedules (EVMS, EAC), supplier engagement, risk, and staffing; support proposals and program execution while briefing internal and customer leadership.

Lead design, development, deployment, and hardening of embedded software and networked systems for avionics. Implement CI/CD, containerization, virtualization, secure network configurations, and full software lifecycle activities. Debug, document, integrate, and support safety-critical and secure systems while coordinating with program management, suppliers, and government stakeholders.

Lead a small team to design, implement, and test Python-based simulation software modeling satellite and ground-station networks. Develop algorithms to characterize atmospheric impacts and optimize communications traffic, build deployment pipelines, transfer tools to classified environments, mentor junior developers, collaborate with network specialists, and deliver technical updates to government customers.

Design and analyze analog circuits from system requirements through detailed design, verification, and characterization. Perform circuit modeling, simulation, PCB signal and power integrity analysis, schematic capture, subsystem testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate within model-based engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile practices for defense systems.

Lead material strategy and demand‑supply planning using MRP and ERP tools. Optimize inventory across BOMs, perform make‑vs‑buy analysis, manage product life‑cycle transitions, and coordinate with sourcing, operations, and finance to align capacity and inventory with program priorities.

Support manufacturing and testing of marine launcher systems by developing and improving processes, tooling, fixtures, work instructions, and production layouts. Optimize assembly, welding, machining, bonding, and finishing operations; lead continuous improvement and implement capital equipment. Provide technical support for final acceptance testing, manage bills of materials and safety/FOE practices, and support multiple shifts. US Citizenship required.
