Lead program cost, schedule and technical performance for aerospace contracts. Act as primary customer interface, manage milestones, risks, EVM baselines, proposals, budgets and suppliers. Direct cross-functional teams through program lifecycle, support business development, and scale production while ensuring compliance with program requirements and reporting.

Perform analysis, design, and testing of propulsion materials, structural components, and control systems for rockets and missiles. Maintain TDP and BOM, support MRB, FMEA, failure analysis, and product transition to production. Provide vendor/subcontractor technical support, conduct tests, review acceptance data, and participate as an IPT technical member.

Lead the Autonomy CRAD portfolio—shape, capture, and oversee execution of applied research in automation, control, AI, and autonomy. Provide program execution oversight, ensure PM staffing and investment steering, coordinate with business development, map capability trends, manage risk, and support proposal and customer engagement. Requires active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret/SAP. Location: Redondo Beach or El Segundo, CA; travel ~10%.

Design, develop, and validate aircraft fluid systems (fuel, ECS, propulsion). Lead mechanical design, produce manufacturing-ready documentation, coordinate suppliers, perform sizing/analyses, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Support certification and sustainment activities.

Lead the Supplier Management Team for OBTE IPT supporting the Sentinel (GBSD) program. Oversee supplier performance, risk and opportunity management, scope control, budgets and EVMS/IPMDAR metrics, schedule impact analysis, RFP/SSOW development, proposal evaluations, and cross-functional stakeholder communications to ensure subcontract compliance and program objectives.
