Define, implement, and verify software and system safety requirements for launch vehicles and ground support equipment. Conduct system-level safety analyses, support design and test activities, interface with customers and safety working groups, develop safety documentation, and ensure compliance with government, customer, and internal flight safety standards.

Manage and execute program risk and opportunity processes for the Sentinel program: evaluate and approve mitigations, coordinate with suppliers and customers, integrate EVMS with risk processes, brief leadership on critical risks, facilitate meetings, and support acquisition milestones and proposal teams.

Perform hands-on supply chain support: receive, move, pack, and deliver materials and kits; operate material handling equipment; verify parts and quantities; work closely with integration and shop floor teams in an onsite, shift-based aerospace manufacturing environment.

Design and develop mechanical engineering products for production supporting the Sentinel (GBSD) program. Perform CAD modeling (Siemens NX), assess aging weapons systems, collaborate with systems and electrical engineers, capture requirements, plan tasks, conduct peer reviews, and mentor junior engineers. May support sustainment, production, and field monitoring solutions.

Lead system-level architecture and MBSE activities for advanced aeronautics programs. Define requirements, interfaces, and verification strategies; perform trade studies and risk management (FMEA/FTA); coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and suppliers; support integration, test, and V&V; and mentor systems engineers while establishing MBSE best practices.

Manage and lead a 6-8 person systems engineering team while performing systems engineering tasks across programs: requirements allocation, interface definition, modeling and simulation, integration, verification & validation, cost/risk/supportability analysis, budgeting/scheduling, quality oversight, and applying standards and Agile processes. Support customer/program communications and drive operational efficiency and MBSE tool use.

Designs, develops, tests, and debugs algorithm-oriented software for RF calibration systems. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to implement DSP algorithms, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and supports system integration, testing, and documentation.

Design, prototype, and support production of RF, digital, and mixed-signal multi-chip modules, PWBs, and CCAs. Perform signal routing and substrate/layout work, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project tasks, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
