Maintain and secure classified Linux systems across multiple networks: install/patch/manage servers, implement STIGs, support backups/recovery, monitor and resolve issues, document processes, and support authorization and security auditing while coordinating with engineers and stakeholders.

Develop and validate ballistic and hypersonic kinematic threat models within modeling and simulation frameworks. Apply aerodynamics and GNC principles to simulate missile and launch vehicle behavior, produce documentation and threat data for BMDS ground test architectures, and support data production, V&V, and software baseline sustainment on time-critical deliveries.

Develop and publish integrated and detailed test plans, schedules, and procedures for developmental flight testing. Provide lab and mission control room support, interface with design and analysis teams, perform system-level evaluations and pre/post-test data analysis, support test readiness reviews, and resolve anomalies. Maintain test metrics, lead technical communications with stakeholders, and occasionally work overtime, shifts, and weekends.

Lead supply chain strategy and execution for Advanced Land Sensors. Serve as GSC PMO focal point, develop material strategy, manage cost/schedule using EVM, plan resources, mitigate supplier risks, coordinate cross-functionally, and brief program and executive leadership on supplier performance and program cost/schedule status.

Support recurring business and financial processes, manage data flows across SAP, Cobra, wInsight and reporting tools, prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, perform data validation and root-cause analysis, document processes, participate in system testing, and recommend process improvements to improve reporting and reconciliation.

Provide program cost and schedule control support: establish WBS, maintain cost/schedule integration, perform EVM variance analysis, prepare budgets/ETC/EAC and government cost reports (IPMR), and produce visibility reporting using MPM, SAP/BW, wInsight, and MS Office. Interface with PMs, CAMs, and IPTs to support program monthly cadence.

Design, develop, test, and integrate mission-systems software onsite in San Diego. Collaborate with cross-discipline teams in Agile Scrum across the full SDLC, ensure software quality and requirement verification, integrate with hardware in test labs, and use C#, C++, Python and associated development tools while maintaining required security clearance.
