Lead electronics engineering for radar avionics subsystems: manage suppliers/subcontracts, ensure compliance with design, test, documentation and environmental requirements, produce detailed schematics and specifications, develop obsolete-hardware solutions, and support program execution. Position requires up to 25% travel and security access.

Provide earned value management and financial analysis for government contracts: develop/maintain WBS and baselines, perform variance analysis, prepare IPMR/CDRLs, ETC/EAC, and visibility reports; support program monthly processes using MPM, SAP/BW, wInsight, and MS Office.

Produce, review, and release electrical/electronic system drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB-related documentation. Maintain BOMs and configuration control, support manufacturing and integration, coordinate with suppliers, and participate in audits and peer reviews while reporting progress and resolving drawing issues.

Design and manage industrial low- and medium-voltage power and control systems for manufacturing facilities. Develop control philosophies, P&IDs, electrical drawings, PLC-based control systems, and specify distribution equipment. Oversee installation, startup, troubleshooting, maintenance guidelines, cost estimates, and project management across multidisciplinary teams.

Adapt mobile control station applications to a DoD cloud environment. Design and build IaC, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), instrumentation, integration, security, and system test for an IL-5 cloud. Collaborate with software, systems, DevOps, and cloud teams in an Agile environment and lead technical efforts.

Prepare monthly and quarterly SEC financial reporting, analyze program financials and aged balances, prepare journal entries in S4/HANA and HFM, support SOX compliance and audits, develop leadership presentations, drive process improvements, and support ad hoc special projects.

Support supply chain activities including receiving, material handling, kit delivery/packing, operating forklifts and company vehicles, and verifying part quantities. Work onsite with integration and shop floor teams in a manufacturing/aerospace environment.

Lead and perform data analysis and reporting to optimize tools (Salesforce, SIMPL, Tableau) and Business Unit funding. Support NCTA/Capital financial reporting, maintain dashboards, manage project metrics, produce presentations, and provide operations support to improve program execution and data integrity.
