Support marine propulsion development by proposing and implementing manufacturing processes, tooling, and DFMA/DTC improvements. Optimize production flows, layouts, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with IPT teams (design, quality, operations, supply chain) and support new product introduction, equipment installation, and project planning on a full-time onsite day shift.

Lead and execute aircraft/system ground test events: plan and schedule tests, lead technicians and engineers, author test work authorizations, operate test articles, analyze post-test data, provide maintenance engineering support, and advise on test objectives and compliance.

Create, update, and deliver C2BMC Regional software technical documentation (ADD, FADD, plans, procedures). Coordinate inputs across RA product teams, track due dates and risks, update repositories (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint), and ensure compliance with DoD and program documentation standards.

Lead business development for land and maritime sensors, identifying and capturing Naval Surface Radar and Electronic Warfare opportunities. Develop customer engagement plans, translate customer needs into requirements, support RFIs/RFPs and capture efforts, conduct market and competitor analysis, manage a pipeline, and collaborate across teams to create win strategies. Travel up to 25%.

Lead a team (10-20) designing and delivering complex mechanical and electro-mechanical support equipment for ICBM launch systems. Manage hardware and software development in Agile/Scrum, coordinate suppliers and IPTs, oversee design reviews, EVMS reporting, risk management, and functional people leadership including performance and career development.

Integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot end-to-end antenna and RF processing systems including software-defined radios and modems. Work with network engineers and developers to ensure RF-network integration, run simulations and tests, maintain documentation, support virtual machine software, and recommend performance improvements. Support off-shift/mission operations and occasional travel.
