Lead development and implementation of manufacturing systems from concept through production. Create manufacturing plans, MRAs/MRLs, DFMA integration, cost/schedule analysis, verification/validation, and transition-to-production. Lead cross-functional teams, perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce cost, improve quality, and shorten cycle times.
