Lead the GEM 63 solid rocket motor program as P&L owner and Control Account Manager. Oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, risk mitigation, proposals, and cross-functional IPTs to scale high‑tempo manufacturing and meet delivery goals.

Lead cross-functional Integrated Product Teams to deliver the OneSat solar array program on cost, schedule, and technical performance. Manage contracts, baselines, budgets (using EVM/EVMS), risk/opportunity, suppliers, customer relationships, transition to production (LRIP/full rate), and program reporting and presentations to stakeholders.

Design, secure, and integrate software systems with emphasis on containerization, OS hardening, network security, and virtualization. Implement and maintain network configurations, automate deployments, support customer software working groups, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with program management, suppliers, and government engineers. Requires Top Secret clearance eligibility and hands-on experience with environment automation and troubleshooting.

Deploy, integrate, and verify Kubernetes-based microservices using Helm/Helmfile; automate regression tests; debug in Linux/Rancher; develop test procedures; maintain configuration documentation; collaborate in Agile teams and present to customers.

Lead launch systems engineering for the LGM-35A Sentinel program, ensure sound engineering processes, maintain technical baseline across development/verification/production/sustainment, support PMT boards and cross-team integration, mentor technical leaders, and drive strategic engineering initiatives.

Provide program cost and schedule control support using Earned Value Management: develop WBS and budget baselines, perform variance analysis, prepare government cost performance reports (IPMR), maintain ETC/EAC, and support monthly program reporting. Interface with program managers, CAMs, and finance using MPM, SAP/BW, wInsight and MS Office. On-site at Edwards AFB with significant travel and active security clearance required.
