Plan, execute, and document prototype, development, and qualification testing for assigned systems. Develop test plans, procedures, and reports; define instrumentation requirements; oversee test house and supplier testing; provide test status to customers and collaborate with systems engineers, suppliers, and lab operations.

Design, implement, deploy, automate, and maintain software build/release and test infrastructure. Develop and debug C/C++ and OOP software in Linux/Windows, support integration and system testing, troubleshoot operational issues, and work with program management and customers. Support E-2 software on travel and participate in full software development lifecycle.

Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, administration, and close-out. Serve as primary customer interface for contractual issues, review terms and conditions for risk mitigation, maintain contract and accounting data, ensure timely deliverables and invoice submission, and support program management for Multi-Domain Operations. Onsite role requiring active TS/SCI clearance and adherence to federal contracting requirements.

Lead contract administration for DoD-related programs: prioritize proposals, identify and mitigate contractual risk, negotiate complex contracts, advise program managers, maintain customer relationships, manage CMS data, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Perform advanced SIEM engineering and threat detection using Splunk (including Enterprise Security), build queries, dashboards, and correlation searches, investigate incidents, tune and maintain Splunk infrastructure, collaborate with IT/network teams, leverage endpoint security tools (Trellix/HBSS), document findings and recommend remediation, and stay current on cybersecurity threats and best practices for classified on-site work.

Lead and support design, deployment, administration, and Tier-2/3 support of AWS and hybrid-cloud systems. Maintain Linux/Windows servers, IP networking, automate operations with IaC/configuration management, produce documentation, and troubleshoot mission-critical infrastructure in a secured, fast-paced environment.
