Lead a team managing material strategy, budgets, forecasting, supplier performance, and risk mitigation for a program portfolio. Ensure make/buy plans, procurement/subcontract strategies, Earned Value Management compliance, and cross-functional alignment. Communicate program status to PMO and executives, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and resolve supply chain issues to meet schedule and budget objectives.

Lead proposal development and pricing for defense contracts: perform cost estimating and pricing analysis, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, develop cost models and BOEs, coordinate cross-functional data collection, support audits, fact-finding, negotiations, and present pricing recommendations to management.

Plan, develop, and execute air vehicle system-level integration and verification testing. Create test requirements, procedures, and reports; design test equipment; integrate hardware/software/avionics; analyze data; troubleshoot anomalies; serve as cognizant engineer during test events and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and customer interfaces.

Manage and coordinate engineering and production documentation, control configuration changes, prepare change orders, support configuration and data management, and coordinate across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and support to meet contract requirements.

Manage guidance and control (G&C) requirements development: oversee cost and schedule of G&C work packages, coordinate analyses and handoffs, update supplier specifications, and lead verification planning. Also provide 20% functional management of an 8–12 person GN&C engineering section (performance management, training, staffing).

Design, develop, and maintain automated test stations including hardware integration, LabVIEW application development, test fixtures and PCB harnesses, instrument control, version control, root-cause analysis, documentation, and support for pilot production and field service.

Perform system-level testing of turbine-generators and propulsion units: integrate DAQ and automation, acquire and analyze test data, write procedures/reports, troubleshoot circuitry, support 12.5-hour shifts and extensive field/shipboard testing (up to 75% travel).

Lead design engineering for Sentinel infrastructure, coordinating civil/structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Produce and review design deliverables, ensure code compliance (UFC, MIL‑STD, AISC, ACI, IBC), manage subcontractor deliverables, perform trade studies, control configuration, identify and mitigate risks, and support issuance of IFC and as-built technical data packages.
