Manage full subcontract lifecycle for complex A&D suppliers: sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout. Must obtain DoD 8140 Intermediate certifications and maintain a government Secret clearance.

Perform systems engineering for electromagnetic warfare systems: develop/decompose requirements, support architecture and hardware design, integrate hardware/software, prototype and test COTS components, run acceptance and integration tests, support configuration management, troubleshoot performance issues, and document technical materials. Work on-site supporting Navy/USMC programs and adhere to military standards.

Lead proposal development, planning, scheduling, and cost estimating/pricing for RFP responses. Coordinate cross-functional data collection, build cost models, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, support audits, negotiations, and present pricing strategy to management.

Design and support turbine components and subsystems for ship and submarine propulsion. Develop concepts, perform trade studies and analyses, produce detailed designs and drawings (ANSI Y14.5/GD&T), support release for manufacture, testing, and present technical briefings. Work full-time on-site in Sunnyvale, CA with occasional travel.

Design, develop, test, document and debug embedded flight/GN&C software for safety- and mission-critical systems. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments with infrastructure-as-code, collaborate in Agile teams, and ensure compliance with security and software standards.

Support KC-30A sustainment programs to maintain aircraft airworthiness, safety, reliability and lifecycle cost goals; coordinate structural/mechanical deficiency investigations; liaise with technicians and certification teams; mentor junior engineers.
