Designs and develops cyber (CNO) software tools, implements end-to-end data flows, authors documentation, participates in design/code/reviews, and debugs systems. Programs in Assembly, C/C++, Java, Perl, or Python and builds for Windows, Unix, embedded, or mobile environments.

Individual contributor systems engineer supporting requirements development, verification/validation, interface definition, and integration across multidisciplinary IPTs. Lead milestone events, write specifications/ICDs, manage control accounts (EVMS CAM), coordinate suppliers, perform risk/opportunity and change management, and support HW/SW integration and CI/CD activities for aircraft sustainment programs.

Support research, design, integration, test and maintenance of avionics communications systems (RF datalinks, SATCOM, networks). Provide subsystem integration, reporting to IPT management, perform system engineering, verification, and flight qualification support for airborne communications.

Perform systems engineering for integration and test: translate customer requirements into designs, perform functional and trade analyses, develop and verify requirements and test cases, support lab/system integration, create simulation models, and provide test data reduction and troubleshooting support within Agile teams.

Lead configuration and data management for the Sentinel program: plan and run meetings, control technical baselines, track configuration status, perform document reviews and audits, develop CDRL/SDRL products, provide CM/DM subject-matter expertise, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and develop solutions for complex problems with minimal supervision.

Lead cross-functional R&D program teams to deliver contract requirements on cost and schedule. Manage program cost, schedule, technical performance, resources, and reporting; interface with customers and suppliers; develop proposals and capture plans; oversee demonstrations, deliverables, and customer property.

Supports material strategy and supply-demand planning using MRP/ERP tools. Plans inventory, capacity, production, and distribution; participates in make/buy decisions, product phase-in/phase-out, and requisition release. Interfaces with sourcing, analyzes lead times, identifies critical procurements, and adjusts supply requirements to meet manufacturing needs.
