Design, build, test, and support DoD-compliant network architectures for the C2BMC X-Lab. Lead network build-outs, troubleshoot multi-vendor equipment, ensure RMF/STIG compliance, produce technical documentation, and support test events and stakeholder engagements.

Perform architecture trades, performance modeling, hardware support, and platform integration (aircraft, drones, ships). Provide requirements translation and support lab and deployment testing.

Lead delivery of munitions programs ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance in a classified environment. Build customer relationships, direct IPTs, manage EVM-based cost/schedule control, oversee engineering integration, risk management, supplier quality, and proposal/capture activities while guiding multiple programs from proposal through closeout.

Design, integrate, test, and verify system-security solutions and RMF artifacts to obtain and sustain ATOs. Develop and maintain compliance documentation (SSP, SAP, SAR, RAR, POA&M, SCTM, ConMon), embed security controls in development pipelines, and collaborate with architects, developers, program managers, and auditors across the SDLC and engineering milestones.

Support Sentinel program configuration and data management: plan and run meetings, track configuration status, control technical baselines, perform document reviews and configuration audits, develop CDRL/SDRL products, and provide CM/DM subject-matter expertise to stakeholders.

Design, implement, and maintain database and data warehousing solutions (InfluxDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL) on Linux. Diagnose integration issues, automate tasks with scripting, support CI/CD pipelines, document designs and procedures, and collaborate on Agile teams. Position requires active TS/SCI with CI polygraph and onsite work.

Designs and implements test data acquisition architectures for lab, ground, and flight tests. Develops data management plans, ICDs, RFQs/SOWs, and tools for collection, processing, and dissemination. Troubleshoots bus data collection (Ethernet, 1553, ARINC 429, CAN, IRIG), coordinates test activities, supports test readiness reviews, and liaises with IPTs, vendors, and customers.
