Support high-volume, high-mix aerospace production by troubleshooting production/equipment/tooling, authoring and auditing shop floor procedures and EWIs, performing RCCA, working with quality to interpret drawings/specs, and driving continuous process improvements across layup, AFP, autoclave, paint and assembly to minimize downtime and defects.

Lead supplier quality activities for electronic warfare programs: assess supplier performance, perform audits and first article inspections, drive SCARs and corrective actions, execute manufacturing readiness and risk assessments, support program quality and CI initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and travel to suppliers as required.

Design, develop, and validate custom algorithms, models, and simulations for EOIR/RF systems. Apply systems engineering to physics phenomenology, implement algorithms into systems, collaborate with engineers and scientists, and present technical results. Requires proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++, strong technical writing, and ability to obtain required U.S. security clearance.

Join the aircraft ship-side support team to coordinate between flight test maintenance and engineering. Provide troubleshooting, develop and update test/re-test procedures, adjudicate maintenance procedures and delayed actions, and train new engineers. Operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Position is on-site at Edwards AFB, CA, 4x10 second shift, requires security clearance and occasional travel.

Provide systems engineering support for a capability upgrade program: develop specs and verification statements, manage requirements and verification (DOORS), support supplier technical interchange and supplier events, prepare PDR content, coordinate across SE disciplines and participate in government technical reviews and working groups.

Provide software assurance support across programs: improve processes, deliver training, update Everything-as-Code for the Secure Software Factory, and assist Chief Engineers on airworthiness, software system safety, nuclear surety, and security. Collaborate with other disciplines to enable communication, cross-training, and program-level software assurance activities.

Develop, test, integrate, and support Java-based software for the C2BMC X-Lab. Design, implement, and debug features, automation tools, and integration tests for a large distributed system. Collaborate with teams, document work, and adapt to a dynamic, on-site environment supporting missile defense prototypes and experiments.
