Own new business development for mid-market payout accounts across North America. Partner with global channel, growth, analytics, science, and product teams to execute campaigns, optimize performance, run incrementality experiments, and shape product improvements using Canadian customer insights. Review channel strategies, understand customer conversion drivers, and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Leads Wise’s regional AML investigations function of approximately 200 employees, setting investigative strategy, managing performance and KPIs, filing SARs/STRs, mitigating financial crime risk, and ensuring regulatory readiness. Partners with product, engineering, compliance, and operations leaders to improve risk tooling, automate investigations, scale capacity, identify emerging threats, and maintain alignment with global AML standards. Oversees audits and regulatory exams while developing high-performing investigative teams.

Lead implementation and day-to-day management of enterprise and operational risk for Wise US Broker Dealer. Drive risk and control assessments, KRI design, incident and issue management, control monitoring, remediation oversight, and risk reporting. Partner with first-line teams on new product risk mitigation and build dashboards and analytics to surface actionable insights for regional and board-level reporting.

Work with banks and partners to design, implement, and scale Wise Platform integrations. Provide technical consulting, define requirements, develop API features, improve SDKs/docs, support presales, and troubleshoot complex issues while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Oversee AML and fraud controls for Wise’s North American onboarding and customer due diligence programs. Advise stakeholders on BSA, AML/CTF, OFAC, and regulatory requirements; challenge and approve control changes, products, and features; monitor financial crime metrics and risks; support SAR governance and risk assessments; conduct regulatory horizon scanning; and represent compliance oversight to regulators, auditors, and partners.
