Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors at a client facility. Answers and routes calls, manages visitor check-in, issues badges, maintains logs, performs clerical and database tasks, responds to inquiries, and keeps the reception area organized and secure. The role also provides support across multiple sites and assists with facility programs while maintaining professional customer service and administrative standards.

Serves as a principal technical expert and partners with application, network security, and business teams.

Coordinates real estate transactions, including leases, amendments, assignments, and terminations. Prepares and reviews contracts, gathers approvals, maintains transaction databases, audits data, researches property information, and communicates contract status to clients. Supports the Transaction Manager with administrative tasks and database closeout while ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely execution, and alignment with client processes.

Provides strategic, locally focused HR partnership within JLL’s HR transformation model. The role supports employee experience, workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, coaching, employee relations triage, HR technology adoption, and business transitions. It connects employees and managers with HR centers of excellence, promotes self-service tools, facilitates employee programs, and serves as a trusted on-the-ground HR advisor in a geographically distributed organization.

Analyzes San Francisco commercial real estate and economic data, tracks market activity, validates information across sources, produces quarterly reports, presents insights to clients, and identifies opportunities to improve or automate data workflows. The role combines market research, quantitative analysis, client engagement, and clear communication of complex findings.

Negotiate SaaS and technology agreements, advise on AI contract terms, develop responsible AI legal guidance, and provide product counsel. The role also supports venture investments, builds legal templates and AI-assisted workflows, maintains governance records, and partners with business leaders on technology transactions and risk management.

Manages complex, fast-track data center and mission-critical projects from planning through closeout. Coordinates schedules, contractors, vendors, procurement, financial tracking, change orders, documentation, QA/QC, commissioning, safety, and client communications. Supports senior project leadership in delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with JLL standards. The role requires extensive onsite work and travel for projects outside the local region.

Manages technology platforms, system configuration, data integrity, access controls, dashboards, integrations, and technical support across JLL and client systems. The role monitors system performance, automates validation and reporting workflows, supports cybersecurity compliance, configures locations and user permissions, coordinates vendors and IT teams, manages equipment and training processes, and leads technology upgrades, change initiatives, and process improvements.
