Lead brand strategy and performance marketing for Morgan Stanley Private Markets. Own paid media, lifecycle automation, reporting, experimentation, budget management, and team leadership while ensuring compliant marketing operations and driving acquisition and engagement across channels.

Serve as investment officer for single family office clients: build and manage portfolios, set asset allocation and manager selection, oversee risk and capital markets transactions (structured products, hedging), engage clients to create IPS and reporting, handle operations with custodians/trading and cash flows, partner with advisors and research, and prepare portfolio reports for investment committees.

Engagement and training of Financial Advisors are key responsibilities, alongside managing adoption initiatives and synthesizing user feedback.

Lead and maintain the firm’s economic sanctions compliance program: investigate escalated sanctions matches, advise business lines, develop risk-based controls and policies, configure screening and alert disposition processes, track regulatory changes, support audits and regulatory exams, deliver training, and coordinate sanctions risk assessments and ad hoc due diligence.

Support management and launch of deposit products across advisor-led and self-directed channels. Drive project management from pilot to launch, provide analytics and forecasts, prepare presentations for senior management and regulators, coordinate cross-functional partners (Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Finance), and support Financial Advisors and Private Bankers while ensuring regulatory and risk compliance to drive deposit growth.

Partner with global ECM leadership to drive strategic execution, performance reporting, and operational initiatives. Build executive presentations, lead business updates, coordinate regulatory/risk/tech workstreams, implement automation and AI enhancements, and support talent and growth strategy across regions.

Lead and coach premier relationship managers and their teams to meet performance metrics (retention, net new assets, referrals). Drive client satisfaction, growth, and share-of-wallet while ensuring compliance and strong controls. Partner with cross-functional teams, set performance standards, forecast results, recruit and retain talent, and improve end-to-end client experience.

Provide administrative and executive assistant support to Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors and teams, including phone coverage, calendar and travel management, expense reporting, meeting logistics (including Zoom), office support (filing, copying, scanning), and participation in firm initiatives and special projects.
