The Equity Research Associate will maintain financial models, write research reports, analyze industry news, and engage with investors.

Provide client service and administrative support to Financial Advisors and teams: execute money movements, answer account inquiries, assist with account documentation, enroll clients in digital tools, prepare client meeting materials, manage calendars, calls, travel and expense reports, and participate in firm initiatives.

Lead HR communications operations to ensure prioritized, consistent, and coordinated delivery across stakeholders and regions. Manage intake, editorial calendar, templates, approval pathways, vendor governance, sequencing, dependencies, and escalations. Drive operational initiatives, enforce standards, and partner with business leaders to deliver clear, audience-appropriate messaging.

Lead firm-wide compensation expense planning, forecasting, and analytics. Partner with Finance and Executive Compensation to support regulatory submissions (CCAR), oversee deferred compensation and long-term incentive accruals, build decision-ready models and scenario analysis for senior management, and improve controls, governance, and process efficiency across compensation planning and reporting.

Perform operational due diligence on alternative investment managers and funds, conduct onsite and desk reviews, assess operational infrastructure and risks, document findings, work with managers to remediate issues, present results to internal committees, and coordinate with internal teams on ongoing monitoring and project work.

Support Equity Derivative Solutions by coordinating client onboarding to the IED platform, managing trade lifecycle execution, driving process and policy adherence, implementing process and technology improvements, assisting project management, and maintaining reporting and metrics while acting as a key internal stakeholder contact.

Lead the evolution of a fraud screening platform by integrating Generative AI and machine learning, mentoring teams, and driving solutions in an Agile environment.

Lead North America payroll operations to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery, manage incident and audit processes, oversee complex U.S. and Canadian payroll transactions, drive process improvements, analyze payroll data trends, and execute strategic initiatives under the Head of Payroll.
