Design, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow platform for USCENTCOM. Lead architecture, upgrades, workflows, integrations, ITOM/ITAM/SPM modules, database administration (MariaDB), security (ACLs, certificates), monitoring, reporting, and governance to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance operations.

Install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot video conferencing and AV systems (cameras, microphones, displays). Provide end-user support and training, maintain knowledgebase and SOPs, manage and escalate service desk tickets, collaborate with clients to assess AV needs, and document as-built diagrams and resolutions. Must support NNSA VTC services and uphold customer satisfaction.

Manage COMSEC materials, cryptographic devices, and keying material; maintain accountability and records; ensure compliance with NSA/DoD directives; investigate incidents; train personnel; develop SOPs and support contingency keying and device lifecycle management for secure communications.

Provide 24/7 Windows and AV system administration for classified networks (NIPRNet/SIPRNet/JWICS). Manage virtual machines and consoles (Teradici, WMS, 10ZiG), enforce DISA STIGs, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, support print services, maintain technical documentation, perform shift and after-hours support, and ensure system performance and recovery testing in a TS/SCI environment.

Design, build, and secure large-scale Azure Government environments. Architect cloud-native data platforms, automate provisioning (Terraform/ARM/Bicep), implement Azure AD/RBAC and NIST-aligned controls, apply DISA STIGs/CIS benchmarks, migrate NTIA systems to Azure Government/Secret Cloud, and drive cloud modernization and FinOps.
