Lead modernization, security, and automation of the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem. Design and govern SharePoint Online and OneDrive, build Power Apps/Power Automate solutions, automate via PnP PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, collaborate with security and infrastructure teams, and support compliance frameworks to improve mission readiness and operational efficiency.

Manage and improve data platforms for social media operations; coordinate cross-functional teams, integrate technical solutions, support SDLC and Agile processes, administer enterprise SharePoint, train users, oversee data ingestion and presentation, and support development of new data capabilities.

Provide tier-1/level-4 IT help desk support: respond to user inquiries, log and resolve tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, perform installs and updates, mentor junior staff, maintain asset inventory and documentation, and escalate complex issues. Design, deploy, and maintain containerized distributed web applications and infrastructure. Manage CI/CD, VMs, Terraform and Ansible automation, monitor systems, troubleshoot outages, and provide rotating on-call support for mission-critical government systems requiring TS/SCI w/Poly.

Lead identity and access management across Azure/Entra ID, on‑prem Active Directory, Okta, and Microsoft 365. Administer Azure platform services, implement RBAC, MFA, SSO and conditional access, ensure security/compliance, perform monitoring/troubleshooting, automate with PowerShell/Azure CLI, support incident response, and mentor junior engineers.

Support PACER Modernization by performing functional analysis and developing complex integrated IT system requirements. Document and design business rules, analyze user needs, allocate functional tasks, and identify resources. Track requirements, development, and testing in Jira and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives. Engage in cloud modernization initiatives; BS in an IT-related field required.

Provide administration, troubleshooting, and development for Oracle IAM (OAM/OIG/OID/OIM) including SSO, provisioning, custom integrations, BI Publisher reporting, LDAP/SQL support, and IAM continuous monitoring for a federal healthcare system.

Provide hardware and desktop support including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, imaging, and repairs for PCs, thin clients, servers, VoIP phones and peripherals. Track incidents and changes, update CMDB and knowledge articles, perform back-end device configuration and security settings, participate in network system administration, and support project tasks. Maintain DoD IA certification and comply with privileged user monitoring and security procedures. Onsite at customer location with occasional closing shifts.
