Support PACER Modernization by performing functional analysis and developing complex integrated IT system requirements. Document and design business rules, analyze user needs, allocate functional tasks, and identify resources. Track requirements, development, and testing in Jira and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives. Engage in cloud modernization initiatives; BS in an IT-related field required.
