Designs, configures, and maintains global voice, video, and chat infrastructure (physical and virtual). Supports Tier 1/2 technicians, patches OS/security, ensures VoIP/SBC/SIP operation and security compliance, and handles scheduled and unplanned outages while processing service desk tickets.

Lead network engineering for DLA: perform lab assessments for classified/unclassified DISN services, create Technology Assessment Plans, produce AARs and executive recommendations, design/configure multi-vendor devices, ensure DLA WAN/DISN interoperability, and manage implementation tasks, test plans, and operations readiness artifacts.
