Responsible for executing the Internal Controls program, assessing risks, designing internal controls, collaborating with auditors, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Specialist Enterprise Architect will design data-driven architectures, lead technology development and integration, and ensure best practices in data management will be followed. Responsibilities include managing projects, collaborating with teams, and creating scalable solutions in cloud and on-premises environments.

Lead and manage onboarding and conversion of mid-to-large defined contribution retirement plans. Create detailed project plans, coordinate fund transfers, ensure regulatory notices and compliance, liaise with sponsors, advisors, and third parties, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate delivery of enrollment materials and payroll integrations.

Perform advanced red team and penetration testing operations including covert adversary emulation, network and web app exploitation, social engineering, tool and exploit development, threat hunting collaboration, and communicating findings with technical and executive stakeholders. Design, scope, and execute campaigns, develop/redesign adversary tools, and provide pragmatic remediation recommendations to reduce risk across the enterprise.

Drive sales of mutual funds, annuities, and insurance by developing new leads and cultivating RVP relationships. Perform high-volume proactive/outbound calling, document activity in the CRM, execute territory business plans, coordinate with home office and field teams, and provide sales support to increase product visibility and market share.

Lead the evolution of Aegon's AI platform by managing operational health, improving CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring a distributed team of engineers.
