Drive new business and revenue for the EFunds for Schools product across the West Coast: develop and execute sales plans, build district relationships, meet targets, analyze performance, and coordinate with internal teams while exploring community-based growth.

Manage mid-to-high complexity projects end-to-end within scope, schedule, and budget. Define objectives, acquire resources, coordinate internal teams and vendors, ensure quality, mitigate risks, transition to support, and mentor junior PMs while promoting PM best practices.

Process and document mortgage-related insurance claims (including CPI and GAP): set up claims in the claims system, assign adjusters/vendors, handle calls and correspondence, upload imaging, maintain trackers, reconcile reserves, produce weekly reports, research claim inquiries, and support clients, carriers, and third-party administrators.

Provide compliance oversight for mortgage products and processes: support licensing, prepare for regulatory exams and audits, perform pre- and post-close reviews, maintain disclosures and lending reference materials, research regulatory changes, and coordinate responses to regulators and investors.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect past-due payments and arrange payment plans, document interactions in collection systems, process electronic payments via ECM/Portal, investigate borrower issues, and escalate complex cases while adhering to federal, state and corporate regulations.

Sell PEO services by generating leads, qualifying prospects, negotiating pricing and contracts, managing executive-level client relationships for retention and profitability, supporting product/marketing, representing the company at industry events, and traveling locally or nationally.

Drive new business and manage client relationships for PEO services: prospecting, cold calling, RFP participation, pricing negotiation, contract management, and representing the company at industry events. Maintain profitability, stay current on industry trends, and support product and marketing initiatives.

Advise individuals and businesses on comprehensive financial plans; recommend investments and insurance; grow and manage a book of business through referrals and centers of influence; coordinate with clients' other advisors; maintain client files and submit sales paperwork.

Prepare federal and state tax returns for partnerships, foundations, trusts and individuals; prepare K-1s, tax journal entries, quarterly estimates, reconciliations, and Texas Gross Margin Tax; research tax issues and draft memoranda; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; respond to regulatory inquiries and meet deadlines in a team environment.

Manage and grow relationships with large clients, identify upsell opportunities, develop account plans, coordinate with internal teams, resolve client issues, report on account status and forecasts, and travel to key clients to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
