Develops and maintains customer-facing applications and internal integrations, fixes defects, automates processes, builds tooling to remove repetitive tasks, participates in self-organizing teams, supports production issues and on-call rotations, and improves monitoring and quality practices.

Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment and insurance recommendations to individuals and businesses. Develop client financial profiles, recommend suitable products, grow and manage a book of business through referrals and centers of influence, coordinate with other advisors, maintain client files, and submit sales documentation to back office.

Serve as primary HR contact for assigned client groups: counsel employees and managers on policies and employment law, investigate and resolve employee relations issues, support recruitment and onboarding, administer performance and recognition programs, and help improve HR policies and processes.

Build and maintain cloud-native data pipelines and architectures (warehouse, lakehouse, streaming) to support BI, analytics, ML, and GenAI. Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to produce AI-ready datasets, enforce data quality and governance, optimize performance and cost, and implement ingestion, ELT, and observability practices under mentorship.

Serve as single point of contact to plan and execute client implementations and system conversions. Develop project plans, manage timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder meetings, data/business mapping, and coordinate internal teams and clients through go-live. Travel to clients as needed and provide reporting and documentation.

Meet with high-net-worth clients to review and maintain personal insurance accounts; provide quotes, process renewals and endorsements, ensure underwriting compliance, maintain accurate files, train staff, and coordinate with producers to grow VIP business.

Serve as primary customer contact for schools/districts, lead onboarding and implementation, drive product adoption and operational excellence, monitor health to prevent churn, identify growth opportunities, and advocate customer needs internally.
