Design, develop, and deploy ML models and analytical solutions (forecasting, segmentation, classification, anomaly detection). Design and develop sales enablement and marketing-aligned learning assets (eLearning, ILT/VILT, blended solutions), manage Absorb LMS user administration, evaluate learning effectiveness, create job aids and launch training, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Training to drive product adoption and revenue.

Lead design work across print and digital media: conceptualize, produce, and prepare brochures, ads, presentations, signage, logos, and web assets; coordinate vendors and production; enforce brand standards; mentor junior designers; manage proofs, printing specs, and press checks.

Drive new business and revenue for the EFunds for Schools product across the West Coast: develop and execute sales plans, build district relationships, meet targets, analyze performance, and coordinate with internal teams while exploring community-based growth.
