Lead sustaining engineering for mechanical products: investigate field and manufacturing issues, drive RCA and corrective actions, manage ECNs/PLM data, support compliance/testing and supplier/manufacturing improvements, and mentor cross-functional teams to maintain product reliability and manufacturability.

Coordinate and manage local install projects from handoff through closeout: plan resources, schedule labor, verify site readiness, track scope/schedule/cost changes, manage risks, document project deliverables, and serve as primary customer contact to ensure timely payment and exceptional customer experience.

Manage and grow assigned accounts by evaluating client needs, proposing solutions, generating quotes, coordinating installations, and ensuring post-sale satisfaction. Build relationships with architects, property managers, contractors, and decision makers; use Salesforce to manage pipeline and custom bid module to produce competitive quotations. Meet revenue targets, escalate opportunities, and maintain knowledge of ANSI and AAADM standards.
