Provide education and enrollment assistance to individual health insurance consumers, support applications and bookings, maintain accurate CRM documentation, deliver high-quality customer experiences, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support retention and continuous improvement.

Advise stakeholders, mentor teams, optimize performance and costs, and ensure compliance with clinical data standards (FHIR, HL7, OMOP) while delivering reliable data products for internal and external users.

Lead Data Scientist will design, validate, and deploy ML and GenAI/NLP solutions for healthcare and insurance SaaS products, collaborate with product and engineering teams, drive best practices, and mentor data science efforts to deliver commercially viable models.

Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn), research accounts, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM activity while partnering with sales, marketing, and enablement to meet SAL and pipeline targets.

Test, configure, and maintain EHR, payer, and partner integrations. Interpret vendor API documentation, perform API authentication setup and testing, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 production issues, monitor integration performance, execute data loads, support onboarding, and coordinate with engineering, vendors, and customers to ensure reliable data flow.

Lead product strategy and commercialization for payer offerings by translating market intelligence and client insights into 12–24 month roadmaps. Drive market discovery, business case development, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Services to maximize adoption and commercial performance for MedInsight payer products.

Develop and maintain cloud applications, leveraging Microsoft technologies and DevOps practices, while following Agile methodologies and best coding practices.
