Lead AI-first product development for a GovCon ERP platform: translate customer and market insights into PRDs, agentic/LLM-enabled workflows, roadmaps, prototypes, and launch-ready features. Partner cross-functionally to measure outcomes, accelerate adoption, ensure compliance, and evolve product practices in a fast, experimentation-driven environment.

Lead and mentor an engineering team building GovIntel and GovChannel product capabilities. Own technical direction, design and deliver scalable SaaS features, APIs, integrations, and platform reliability. Partner with Product, QA, Cloud Ops, and stakeholders to prioritize work, drive CI/CD and observability practices, lead reviews and incident response, and apply AI-assisted tools to improve development speed and quality.

Lead discovery and delivery of AI-first AEC product capabilities. Define roadmap, prototype agentic LLM workflows, translate research into requirements, measure outcomes, and partner with UX, Engineering, and GTM to drive adoption and growth.
