Coordinate with Compliance, FINRA, screening teams, and vendors; provide training, reporting, backup coverage across CLEAR processes; contribute to process improvements and small projects to improve efficiency and compliance.

Create and execute strategic communications for global government affairs, including briefs, talking points, stakeholder materials, executive support, policy summaries, media and digital content, and monitoring political/regulatory developments to protect and advance company policy priorities and reputation.

Support end-to-end development and regulatory filing of group insurance policy forms (life, dental, vision). Draft and negotiate form approvals with state agencies, research regulatory impacts, coordinate cross-functional partners, maintain filing status reports, and respond to internal/external contract compliance questions.
