Provide benefits and enrollment expertise, lead account planning, deliver sales training, support strategic meetings, and monitor performance to recommend solutions.

Lead management of a $1B+ portfolio of tax equity, leveraged lease, and equity investments in infrastructure and renewables; underwrite and execute new infrastructure debt transactions; negotiate restructurings and exits; oversee monitoring, client reporting, and credit analysis; mentor an analyst and contribute to platform growth.

Lead internal communications strategy and execution for MetLifes U.S. Business. Partner with leaders to craft leadership messages, intranet content, talking points, and presentations; manage editorial planning and channel coordination; use employee feedback and data to improve engagement; and lead a small communications team through business milestones and change.

Create and execute strategic communications for global government affairs, including briefs, talking points, stakeholder materials, executive support, policy summaries, media and digital content, and monitoring political/regulatory developments to protect and advance company policy priorities and reputation.
