Manage a team of Supply Chain Buyers ensuring the flow of materials into Microchip Technology's fabs. Responsibilities include sourcing, contract negotiations, performance evaluation, and coordination of procurement activities.

Lead and implement physical design tasks for 32-bit microcontroller and wireless products, including floorplanning, placement optimization, clock tree synthesis, routing, timing closure, multi-voltage floorplans, verification-clean designs, flow automation, and vendor/IP interfacing while collaborating with international teams.

Provide technical leadership for high-power semiconductor solutions, support customer engagements and design wins, advise on system architectures and power topologies, develop technical content and reference designs, mentor engineers, collaborate on product introductions and validation, and represent the business at customer and industry events.

Lead design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom enterprise applications, reporting, and ETL for manufacturing and engineering. Serve as technical lead, mentor team members, create documentation, manage projects, support multiple global sites, and supervise staff at the Colorado Springs FAB5 facility.

Support inventory accuracy via cycle counts, bin audits, reconciliation, and root cause analysis. Perform material handling, staging, kitting, receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution. Maintain inventory records and execute ERP and shipping system transactions. Pack shipments and prepare domestic/export documentation. Process production, expense, RMA, and virtual receipts timely and accurately.

Design and develop low-noise VCSO/SAW products: define requirements with stakeholders, perform RF/DC circuit and PCB design, run EM/thermal/Monte-Carlo simulations, prototype and test using lab analyzers, support production yield and failure analysis, and prepare manufacturing tools and documentation.

Lead the product engineering team in the development and introduction of new FPGA and SoC products, oversee qualification, enhance yields, and support customer needs.

The role involves leading new product introductions, providing technical support on the manufacturing line, performing failure analysis, and supporting the product lifecycle in the Frequency and Time Systems team.
