Lead and develop a global applications engineering organization for Analog Power products. Set strategy and roadmaps with marketing and engineering, manage resource allocation, enable FAEs, drive cross-functional new product execution, engage with clients and IC architects, and monitor market and competitive trends to deliver system-level power solutions.

Provide on-site HR business partner support in Houston, delivering HR services across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits enrollment, immigration support, compliance (OFCCP, I-9/E-Verify), HRIS/ATS administration, investigations, terminations, and HR recordkeeping to advance business goals and culture.

Lead a team to develop and execute global email and marketing automation strategy across acquisition, nurture, retention and re-engagement. Own campaign design, audience segmentation, lifecycle programs, automation journeys, analytics, testing, deliverability and compliance while partnering with cross-functional marketing, sales and product teams to drive engagement and pipeline.

Maintain and optimize implant equipment to meet fab manufacturing goals. Lead lifecycle and commercial management of high-reliability discrete semiconductor products for Aerospace & Defense. Develop pricing and go-to-market strategies, manage product launches, forecasting, profitability, and customer engagements while coordinating with engineering, operations, quality, sales, and MARCOM to drive revenue and ensure long-term supply and qualification requirements.

Design and verify RTL for digital blocks targeting ASIC implementation. Develop UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches, constrained-random and directed tests, and automation scripts (Python/TCL). Apply AI/ML techniques to improve verification closure and coverage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform lint/CDC/synthesis checks, and participate in design reviews and documentation.

Lead triage and resolution of hardware, firmware, and software vulnerabilities across semiconductor products; perform technical assessments (CVSS), coordinate remediations and disclosures, author advisories, run SBOM/VEX analysis, and support regulatory and standards readiness (CRA, IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434) across engineering and compliance teams.
