The Senior Manager - Product Marketing will drive business development strategy for Mixed-Signal products, translating customer insights into product positioning while collaborating with internal teams to boost revenue and design wins worldwide.

Lead Zephyr RTOS architecture and enablement across Microchip products. Define roadmap, drive platform and open-source integration, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, support customer and partner adoption, and represent Microchip in the Zephyr community.

Lead design and implementation of secure embedded controller and cryptographic ICs. Drive architecture, RTL development, verification, and bring-up. Support integration activities (lint, CDC, synthesis, DFT), work with physical design on STA/power/floorplanning, debug hardware/firmware interactions, and collaborate across global teams to deliver automotive, industrial, and security-focused ASIC/FPGA products.

Lead IO and pad ring planning for advanced SoC storage and memory controller designs. Create and validate pad ring DEFs, bump maps, IO netlists, and handoff deliverables. Coordinate with architecture, IP, packaging, implementation, foundry, and verification teams to ensure IO/package compliance, support silicon debug, and drive design improvements.

Develop and support evaluation PCBs and drivers (Linux, Windows, RTOS, MacOS) for PCIe/USB/Ethernet products. Create application collateral, provide technical training, and support sales/field teams and customers. Coordinate product development with Design, Test, Product, and Marketing teams and assist in new product definition and sustaining maintenance.

Support development, characterization, and production testing of memory products. Create and execute test programs on ATE, perform DFT and BIST analysis, run bench measurements with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, collaborate with design/product/manufacturing teams to improve yield, quality, and reliability, and automate test tasks using C/C++ and Python.

Lead design, development and maintenance of cross-platform C/C++/Qt build systems and toolchains. Automate workflows with Python and scripting, manage GCC/MSVC toolchains, maintain gmake/Bazel builds, integrate CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab/Bitbucket), troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide technical customer support for datacenter/storage products: assist design wins, system bring-up, board-level debug, protocol and firmware/driver triage (SAS/SATA/PCIe/NVMe), maintain compatibility/debug labs and documentation, lead cross-functional investigations, and support customers and field engineers including onsite international troubleshooting.

Work alongside engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software components and APIs for enterprise and data center storage. Participate in code reviews, Agile activities, debugging, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, and test teams. Gain hands-on experience with development tools, CI/CD, and software delivery practices.

Produce, edit, proofread, format, and publish customer-focused technical documentation to ISO/TS standards. Work with subject-matter experts to synthesize complex technical content, coordinate reviews, create graphics/figures, and manage multiple documentation projects to meet deadlines.
