Lead cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end NPI PCB programs (HDI/HLC) from stack-up and DFM through fabrication and delivery. Own schedules, risk registers, supplier coordination, metrics, and executive reporting while driving continuous process improvements and program KPIs.

Lead performance engineering for AV and robotics workloads: engage customers, develop parallel algorithms and GPU-optimized libraries, profile and tune GPU kernels, optimize distributed transformer communication using NCCL/NVSHMEM and interconnect strategies, and collaborate with architecture and system teams to influence next-generation hardware and software.

Design, demonstrate and optimize AI/ML and HPC solutions with hyperscalers. Build trust with customers, develop PoCs, run performance benchmarks on GPU and multi-node systems, present technical workshops, partner with sales/product teams, and troubleshoot system performance.

Lead ATE bring-up, silicon characterization, reliability stress testing, and failure analysis for SoCs. Drive test strategies (DFT, scan, MBIST, IOBIST), debug test yield issues from NPI to HVM, define reliability stress conditions, and coordinate FA with foundry and vendors to close failures.
