Lead design and implementation of enterprise identity and access platforms across cloud, on‑prem, and device environments. Modernize authentication for developer, CLI, and agentic AI workflows; build centralized token services, device and agent identity capabilities, PIM and conditional access controls; scale identity governance and device management; partner with security, infrastructure, and product teams to drive architecture, operations, and compliance.

Design, deploy, and support enterprise AV and collaboration spaces (Teams/Zoom Rooms). Lead AV installation projects, manage vendors/POs, provide Tier 3 support across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure, program DSPs and control systems, implement Teams Phone PSTN connectivity, and drive API-led automation and integration with smart-building systems.

Lead Day 2 operations engagements with NVIDIA Cloud Partners: diagnose and fix production GPU/HPC/cloud issues, prototype and validate fixes, improve reliability, performance, and economics, and convert solutions into reusable procedures, automation, and feedback for product and engineering teams.
