Lead and develop a multi-layer manufacturing engineering organization supporting liquid cooling products. Define manufacturing strategy, prioritize resources, drive automation and process improvements, ensure production readiness with NPI, and partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Industrial Engineering to improve safety, yield, productivity, and equipment performance.

Prepare journal entries and month-end reconciliations, review financial reports, support credit/collections, maintain SOX documentation, assist audits, provide payroll backup, and produce analyses for leadership.

Plan and execute integrated marketing programs and multi-channel campaigns for nVent HOFFMAN product lines. Support product commercialization and new product introductions, analyze market and campaign performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, lead projects by influence, and improve demand generation and marketing processes.

Lead HR strategy for a global, multi-site manufacturing business segment. Act as strategic partner to senior leaders, drive workforce planning, succession, change management, employee and labor relations, leadership development, HR process standardization, and HR analytics to improve engagement, retention, productivity, safety, and organizational health.

Partner with production teams to implement and audit quality control procedures, analyze data to identify trends, address nonconformances, work with suppliers, train staff, and drive continuous improvement to ensure manufacturing product quality.
