Supports aluminum flat-rolled product and process development through laboratory, pilot-scale, and plant trials. Optimizes homogenization, rolling, heat treatment, and quenching processes; conducts alloy development, metallurgical characterization, experiments, and performance investigations. Compiles results using LIMS, collaborates with manufacturing and research teams, manages multiple workstreams, improves R&D methods and equipment, and contributes to intellectual property and innovation.

Develop and deploy data science and machine learning solutions for predictive maintenance and asset reliability in manufacturing. Build failure prediction, anomaly detection, equipment health, and remaining-useful-life models using sensor, maintenance, and operational data. Support feature engineering, time-series analysis, model validation, monitoring, retraining, deployment, and production troubleshooting. Partner with operations, reliability, engineering, and data teams to translate analytical outputs into practical maintenance decisions and improve model quality and adoption.

Lead electrical engineering and reliability initiatives across an aluminum manufacturing plant. Troubleshoot complex electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation issues; identify root causes; design and manage system upgrades; support equipment installation, commissioning, and validation; and provide plant-wide expertise in power distribution, motors, drives, controls, and safety systems. The role also coordinates contractors and vendors, improves engineering standards, and drives safety, uptime, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Leads supply chain business improvement initiatives by mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, evaluating technologies, and developing sustainable solutions. The role drives automation, digital tools, AI, analytics, process standardization, stakeholder collaboration, change management, and continuous improvement across supply chain functions including S&OP, master planning, and demand planning.

Supports corporate strategy initiatives including annual planning, enterprise risk management, business continuity, M&A, venture investments, competitive intelligence, and strategic analysis. Develops financial models, conducts market analysis, synthesizes internal and external data, and prepares executive presentations and recommendations. Collaborates with regional and cross-functional leaders and supports engagements with senior executives and the Board of Directors.

Supports mechanical engineering for aluminum coating, slitting, and facility systems. Responsibilities include equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, asset reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, capital and improvement projects, shutdown support, vendor coordination, and safety compliance. The role requires collaboration across operations, reliability, supply chain, contractors, and project teams while supporting quality, environmental, and certification standards.

Supports North America compensation programs, including salary analysis, market pricing, salary surveys, annual compensation cycles, job evaluations, and structure reviews. Partners with HR teams, advises on starting salaries and compensation decisions, educates HR business partners, and contributes to regional and global compensation projects. The contract assignment is expected to last 6–12 months at approximately 20–40 hours per week.

Supports qualification, commercialization, and customer performance of aluminum beverage can and automotive sheet products. Coordinates cross-functional product transitions, monitors mechanical and process performance data, investigates customer quality issues, leads root-cause analysis, and manages corrective and preventive actions. Partners with manufacturing, commercial, technical service, quality, and product development teams while ensuring compliance with applicable quality, environmental, safety, and certification standards. Domestic travel to customer locations is required for qualifications and performance evaluations.

The Process Engineer will manage the site business management and quality systems, maintain documentation, support regulatory certifications, lead internal and external audits, and improve process capability. Responsibilities include resolving quality deviations, developing process control strategies, supporting new product and process development, addressing customer complaints, and applying 8D, A3, DMAIC, and WCM methodologies. The role also supports management reviews, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement across a greenfield aluminum manufacturing facility.
